New Hearth: New Website, Same Heart

Today I’m opening the door to something that’s been quietly taking shape for a long time - a new website and a new home for my work. It’s a space that gathers together all the threads of the work that I offer, weaving them into one place.

To me, the website feels like entering a cottage on the edge of a forest and sitting by the cosy hearth: a place of warmth and stillness, soft candlelight on wood. It’s a place to welcome you, offer you a moment to breathe, and remind you that support, healing and connection are always close by.


A Practice Evolving

For many years, I've walked two parallel paths - one rooted in healthcare and teaching, the other in spiritual practice, holistic healing, and community work. Over time, they began to braid together into something that felt more aligned to how I work.


This new chapter isn’t about leaving anything behind. It’s about bringing everything together - science and the soul; evidence and intuition; the practical and the sacred. It’s a space where people at all stages of life can find support that honours the body, heart and soul.


With Heartfelt Thanks

To everyone who has walked with me - clients, monthly full moon circle members, family and friends - thank you from the bottom of my heart for your trust and patience. Many of you have asked me to bring all of my work together into one home, and this new site exists because you kept showing up and believing in it (and me). I’m so grateful to be able to continue the journey with you.
