Cancellation Policy
Booking: While making a booking with us doesn't constitute the creation of a contract, in the rare event that we are unable to fulfil a booking for any reason, we'll promptly refund any payments that you've made. Client cancellation: The fee will be repaid promptly, if your baby arrives before sessions begin, or in the very unlikely event of sessions being cancelled. These are the only circumstances under which a refund will be made, taking into consideration any unpredictable pregnancy circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring a positive experience. Rescheduling: Should the need arise to reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice where possible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, as this allows us to manage scheduling adjustments efficiently. Thank you for your understanding. Booking changes: We are committed to providing you with the best experience possible. While we reserve the right to make changes to the details of any sessions/courses/packages, such as times, dates, or published prices, please know that any adjustments will be communicated to you in advance of the start date. If you've already paid in full, rest assured that the price you paid will remain unaffected by any subsequent changes. Intellectual property: Any recording or written material included as part of our services and all rights worldwide (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of Andrea Lawrie and Katharine Graves, KG Hypnobirthing Ltd, or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and may not be used other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission. The participant agrees not to record courses or any part thereof.
